A "Whole-Child" Approach to Spanish

I believe that at ages 3 to 5, language isn't something you study—it’s something you do. My 30-minute sessions are intentionally designed for the short attention spans and high energy of early learners.100% Active: I replace worksheets with "Total Physical Response." If we learn the word mariposa (butterfly), we aren't coloring it; we are "flying" through the room acting it out.Story-Centered: I use beautiful, curated children’s literature as our "map" for every lesson.Logic & Movement: I teach vocabulary through "Action Series"—logical sequences of movements that help children understand Spanish naturally.

What Happens in a "Miss V" Session?

Every 30-minute visit is a fast-paced mix of:
• Rhythmic Music: I use catchy, traditional songs to master the sounds and "flow" of Spanish.
• Pantomime & Play: We act out logical "series" of actions—like waking up, seeing the sun, and smelling flowers—to build real-world understanding.
• Interactive Storytime: I facilitate an immersive reading experience where children actively participate in the storytelling.
• Active Language Games: We play movement-based games such as "Simon Dice" and "Yo Tengo," pairing physical action with visual aids and Spanish verbal modeling to keep students fully engaged and reinforce vocabulary retention.

Billing

I like to keep things simple and transparent so there are no surprises:• Getting Started: Enrollment requires a one-time $30 non-refundable registration fee.- Pay one time: A single $240 payment to cover the entire 3-month Spanish enrichment session.• Refund Policy: The "First Class" Grace Period: We want your child to love the program. If, after the very first session, you determine the program is not a fit, you may request a refund of your Tuition only ($240.00) via email within 24 hours. As noted above, the $30 registration fee and processing fees will be retained.• After the 24-hour grace period following the first class, the full tuition payment is non-refundable. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for early withdrawal, student absences, school holidays, or weather-related closings.

• Professional social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
• Printed marketing materials and school-specific flyers.2. PRIVACY & "NO NAME" GUARANTEE
To ensure student safety, Clase Con Miss V LLC operates under a strict "No Name" policy. No student names, ages, or specific classroom identifiers will ever be published or tagged in connection with any media.3. REVOCATION
I understand that I may revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice via email to [email protected]

Parent Agreement

PARENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
Business: Clase Con Miss V LLCBy completing my purchase via Stripe, I, the parent/legal guardian, agree to the following terms for my child’s participation in Clase Con Miss V (“the Program”):1. COHORT ENROLLMENT & TUITION
The Program operates in fixed 3-month cohorts. Enrollment requires a one-time $30.00 non-refundable registration fee plus the selection of one of the following payment paths. I understand that a 3% credit card processing fee applies to all transactions:
• Full Tuition Payment: A single one-time payment of $240.00 (plus a 3% processing fee) covering the entire 3-month season upfront.2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain small class sizes and consistent programming, Clase Con Miss V LLC operates under the following rules:
• Registration Fee & Processing Fees: The $30.00 registration fee and all 3% credit card processing fees are strictly non-refundable upon payment.
• The "First Class" Grace Period: We want your child to love the program. If, after the very first session, you determine the program is not a fit, you may request a refund of your Tuition only ($240) via email within 24 hours. As noted above, the $30 registration fee and processing fees will be retained to cover administrative costs.
• Tuition Finality: After the 24-hour grace period following the first class, all tuition for the remainder of the 3-month cohort become non-refundable.
• 30-Day Cancellation Notice: For those on the Monthly Installment Plan, a 30-day written notice is required to stop future billing. If a scheduled payment falls within this 30-day window, it will be processed as the final payment.
• Absences & Closings: No refunds or credits are issued for student absences, family vacations, school holidays, or weather-related school closings.3. SAFETY & LIABILITY WAIVER
• Assumption of Risk: I understand that the Program involves music, movement, and group play. I assume all risks associated with my child’s participation, including minor bumps or falls.
• Release of Liability: I hereby release Clase Con Miss V LLC, its owner, and the hosting School from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained during the Program.
• Medical Emergency: If I cannot be reached during an emergency, I authorize Clase Con Miss V LLC or the School staff to seek necessary medical treatment (including calling 911).4. BEHAVIOR & SUPERVISION
• Staff Presence: I acknowledge that per the agreement with the School, a school staff member will remain present or within earshot for classroom management and disciplinary support.
• Instructor Role: I understand Clase Con Miss V LLC is an independent contractor and not a direct employee of the School.5. DATA & PRIVACY
• Student Info: I agree to provide my child's name and teacher's name via the Stripe "Custom Field" to ensure accurate roster management.
• Communication: I consent to receive class updates and "Welcome Packets" via the email address provided at checkout.
